Lux Truck arranges international moves between countries listed in our coverage area. We act as a logistics coordinator partnering with vetted carriers.

The price shown after submitting the form is preliminary. A coordinator confirms the final price within 24 hours. The confirmed price is fixed unless the scope of the move changes (e.g. additional addresses, extra cargo, date change).

A booking is considered confirmed when both parties agree on the final price and a deposit is received. Cancellations more than 14 days before the move date are refundable in full minus a processing fee; later cancellations may be subject to actual carrier costs already committed.

All shipments are covered by All-Risk insurance up to declared value. Exclusions include cash, jewellery, sensitive documents, and items improperly packed by the customer.

Provide accurate addresses, contact details, and an honest description of cargo. Ensure access to the pickup and delivery points (lifts, parking, permits).

Disputes are resolved under the laws of the country where Lux Truck is registered. Reasonable efforts will be made to resolve issues informally first.
