Lux Truck (the “Service”) is a logistics platform that arranges international door-to-door moves. Contact us at hello@trans.stealthnet.app.

When you request a quote we collect your name, email, phone number, pickup and delivery addresses, planned move date, and the technical metadata accompanying the request (IP, browser type, UTM parameters). We never collect payment card data ourselves — if you pay online, the card is handled directly by our certified payment processor.

To calculate your quote, contact you with a confirmed price, plan the move, and meet our legal obligations (invoicing, tax records). We do not sell your data to third parties.

Order data is retained for up to 6 years for accounting and tax compliance. Quote enquiries that don’t convert are deleted after 12 months.

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us to exercise any of these rights.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Access is limited to authorised coordinators on a need-to-know basis.

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
