Loss, theft, accidental damage during loading, transit, and unloading. Coverage is up to the declared value of your goods.

Cash, precious metals, jewellery, sensitive personal documents, live animals, perishables, hazardous materials, items improperly packed by the customer.

When confirming your quote the coordinator will ask for an indicative value. Provide receipts or photos where possible. A standard declaration covers household contents at common valuations; high-value items (art, antiques, instruments) should be itemised separately.

Document any damage on the delivery receipt and photograph the affected items before unpacking further. Email hello@trans.stealthnet.app within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the evidence.
